Terms of Service

DeskHRX is a payroll and HR management system that may include payroll processing, attendance monitoring, employee management, benefits and deductions management, reports, and related functions. You agree to use the Service only for lawful and authorized business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• Do not use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized activities.
• Do not attempt to access another user's account or information without authorization.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Service.
• Do not upload harmful software, viruses, or malicious content.
• Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service or its proprietary features.

You are responsible for activities performed through your account and agree to the following:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure employee and payroll information is collected and processed lawfully.
• Take reasonable steps to protect your account and access credentials.
• Promptly report suspected unauthorized access, security incidents, or other serious issues.

We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through DeskHRX. The collection, use, storage, and protection of personal and employee data are explained further in our Privacy Policy.

DeskHRX, including its software, features, design, content, trademarks, logos, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Inspire Next Global Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain and improve DeskHRX. The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inspire Next Global Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may suspend or terminate access to DeskHRX, with or without prior notice where permitted by law, if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create a security risk, or use the Service unlawfully. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, while provisions intended to survive may remain effective.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and the Last Updated date will be revised. Continued use after updated Terms are posted may constitute acceptance, subject to applicable law.
